Putting up a tent...
The Dutch, but not only the Dutch, love to camp. It is therefore not surprising that we are increasingly asked whether we have objects where a campsite can be realized. Camping has been given a luxury variant: Glamping.
First we inquire with the municipality whether it is possible to place safari tents. The customer then has the certainty that his project will be greeted with enthusiasm. After purchase, we start a process in which several parties are involved. Clients, broker, geometra, farmers union and municipality.
In this way we have already helped a number of enterprising customers on their way to their new business. And with success! Agriturismo La Sensazione delle Marche was already an existing campsite and was given new owners. The adventures of the owners of the Sempreverde campsite in San Lorenzo in Campo could be followed by everyone in the series 'I Leave'. Camping Suasa was also launched in 2019, another paradise spot in which our office has been closely involved.
We are a few months further before the first tents are erected. But when the mayor comes to open the campsite ... then the satisfaction is very great ... also for us.
What about the permits?
Permits are issued if the project meets the requirements. These are checked in advance with the authorities so that we are not faced with surprises.
Is an Agriturismo the same business model as a campsite?
No, it depends on the destination on the site: Tourist destination or is it agricultural land? In case of agricultural land the only option will be an Agriturismo.
How many tent places can we realize?
This depends on the destination of the land and the zone in which the object is located. For an Agriturismo we assume a maximum of 25 tent places.
