All praise for Marieke! Without her we wouldn't have a nice house in the Marken in Italy now.

She always clearly explains the customs and procedures in Italy and gives advice and tips based on her own practical experience. What's funny to tell is: we bought the house in corona time, without having been in the house beforehand... Marieke had made a video of the house with Gabriëlla, the real estate agent she works with. It looked so good that later, when we could actually enter the house, we immediately felt at home. After the advice of the real estate agent about the condition of the house, we knew immediately: start the purchase procedure! Marieke has provided us with excellent guidance in this as well.
